Rocco is already adored before we even get to know the heart of him just because of the beloved family he is a member of. Watching him let his guard down and re-fall for Rebel was so satisfying.
Rebel is a powerful character. She lost the one solid she had left in life and went on to flounder through the best she knew how. As a single mother with a precocious little girl, she’s willing to put her pride aside and ask for help when she needs to outrun danger.
I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who loves a family of alpha men and feisty women who love them. Every book is filled with love, laughter and a whole lot of sass.
