It’s super sweet to watch him grow into a caring father right before our eyes, and the connection he grows to have with Quinn is not only sweet, but super spicy. There’s not much in the way of hockey in this book, but the rest of the story is spot on! Can’t wait for Zander’s story.

Pro hockey player Jonah Long is the ultimate party animal. He enjoys every aspect of his fame and fortune, from parties to the different woman warming his bed every night … but it’s all about to change when one of his puck bunnies shows up at his door and thrusts a baby into his arms!

Quinn Reed’s brother is Jonah’s best friend and teammate. She’s crushed on Jonah for years, and can’t stand to see him carousing around with all of these other women. She can’t believe it when Zander calls to ask her to help him out with the baby, but she loves kids and she’s not going to let this poor baby girl suffer just because her new daddy is ignorant! As a whiskey sommelier, Trinity Jones comes across men of all natures, but Lucas Wright just might take the cake for the cockiest around. He’s condescending, he’s smoking hot and that British accent of his … well, she’d be more irritated if she wasn’t so attracted at the same time!

A chance meeting at a bachelor party leaves Lucas wanting more! Too bad they discover he’s representing her slimy ex brother-in-law who’s trying to take her sister for a ride in their divorce. She should be off-limits, they both agree to that … but there’s something about her that he just can’t stay away from!

My first book by Penny Dee left me hungry for more! With the first book in the Kings of Mayhem series, we get the lowdown on Cade Calley, Indigo Parrish and a bit about both of their family’s history with the MC. I didn’t think the very beginning of the book really added much to the story, and I could have done without the flashbacks to when they were younger quite as often, but overall I felt like this book laid a strong foundation of the close-knit family surrounding this motorcycle club. I’m looking forward to more to come! NOTE … there was a bit of a cliffhanger in this book. Not having to do with the HEA, but a major family/MC moment.

Childhood best friends turned young loves, Cade and Indy thought they’d be together forever. Plans were made and hearts were invested, but one night changed it all. She left town feeling the betrayal of the world on her shoulders, and he stayed and paid for his sins.

Returning home to bury her father, Indy isn’t in any mood to reminisce about the good old days. She wants to get in, get out and go on with her life before the memories of what used to be can weigh her down too much. Seeing Cade again is just the knife in the chest she was expecting … but he’s determined to prove to her that he still cares.

My favorite of the series! There was just something about Cam and Olivia that really had me invested in their relationship right from the start. Each of them was a good person all in their own right, but had reasons for not trusting in forever. It was a joy to watch them overcome their doubts and go for it. Really enjoyed the Aces!

Chicago Aces hockey player Cam Brickley is always up for a challenge! When his teammates bet him he can’t get the hot blonde standing over at the bar to go out with him, he’s all in! When they bet him he can’t date her for two months without falling in love, he says even better. Color him shocked when he actually enjoys her company and doesn’t want the two months to be up.

Olivia Lockwood is used to men wanting her for who her family is, so when she meets Cam who obviously has money all on his own, it’s almost like a breath of fresh air to spend time together. She’s not in it for a relationship, but she could use a spokes-person for her non-profit! Both are looking for a win in their own way, but neither are expecting to stumble into their very own forever.

He finds himself spending more and more time gazing out over the ocean … and appreciating the view of a curvy red-headed surfer!

Sophie Bennington left Kansas to start her life over in California after learning that her entire belief system had been built on a lie. She’s got a lot of soul searching to do, and is enjoying her morning’s spent on the beach. When she happens into her dream job, she is surprised to find a connection with the man everyone says is married to his job. Will they find a way to mingle their crazy different lives to make a relationship work?

The characters were both interesting, the baby was a doll, and their growing attraction sewed it all up into a heartwarming story!

Georgia Lang can’t believe her eyes when her long-lost best friend shows up on her doorstep. They were inseparable throughout college and beyond, but one day he unexpectedly married and disappeared from her life. Two years later he’s all of a sudden showing up expecting her to forgive and forget!

Wil Hudson felt too much for Georgia back then, and when circumstances with another woman spiraled out of control, he took a step back and went with the flow.
