He's the bad bachelor who inspired it all...
Annie Maxwell had her whole life figured out...until her fiancé left her when his career took off. If that wasn't bad enough, every society blog posted pictures of him escorting a woman wearing her engagement ring. To help the women of New York avoid guys like her ex, Annie created the Bad Bachelors app. But try as she might, Annie just can't forget him...

For bank executive Joe Preston, his greatest mistake was leaving the love of his life when she needed him most. Now, all he wants is to make things right—and she won't have him. But when Annie's safety is threatened by a hacker determined to bring down her app, Joe is the only one she can turn to. He'll have to lay himself on the line to prove to Annie that he's a changed man. But will their hard-won bond survive the revelation that Annie is the one pulling the strings behind Bad Bachelors?

The emotional conclusion of the Bad Bachelors series has arrived and it’s amazing! Without question, this is some of Stefanie London’s best work to date. She paved the way for this story with the first two books in the series where we got to know a couple of the guys who got hurt by the app Annie developed … then later paired up with her best friends where she got to hear about the grief it was causing while she tried to rationalize the good in it. Nothing prepared us for the true story behind it though. With this final book, we get to see what drove Annie to the point of unleashing this app on New York, and why she feels she’s helping people. Annie was likable, but also had a bit not to like about her. I felt her pain and frustration and even betrayal, but I felt Joe’s very strongly too. There was redemption needed on both sides, and London managed to bring it in a really powerful way. Really loved this series!

Annie Maxwell was on the cusp of a new chapter with the love of her life when in the blink of an eye it all came crumbling down around her. She could no longer go chase their dreams, and he chose to do it without her. He went on with his life, flaunting a new woman by his side with what she knew was supposed to have been HER ring on the new fiancee’s finger, and Annie got even in the only way she knew how. By creating the Bad Bachelors app to help women learn how to spot a man that was going to leave her heartbroken from a mile away.

Bank executive Joseph Preston is returning home to New York to see if there’s any chance of gaining Annie’s forgiveness. He spent three years in Singapore trying to pretend like he was over her, but he’s finally admitting to himself that he never stopped loving her. He tries to talk to her, but she’s putting up roadblocks … until danger surfaces and she needs computer expertise that only he can give her to find out who’s hacking her app and getting way too close to her personal space!

The Greek’s terms?

She must wear his diamond!

Lysandros Drakakis always gets what he wants, and he’s never stopped wanting beautiful pianist Rio Armstrong! A fake engagement to please his family is the perfect opportunity to uncover why she walked away from their powerful connection…and indulge their still-sizzling desire under the Mediterranean sun. But Rio’s heartbreaking revelation changes the stakes—he’s given her his ring, yet now Lysandros finds himself wanting to give Rio everything…

Secrets abound in the latest from Rachael Thomas! The characters were interesting and the secrets she had kept me reading to see how it would all play out. Interesting and compelling.

Lysandros Drakakis still wonders why the one woman he was beginning to let into his heart walked away from him a couple of months ago. A family upset leads her to be in his company again and he takes the opportunity to try to find out what scared her off. When he sees the opportunity to tie her to his side with a fake engagement, he jumps at the chance, hoping the time will lead him to reconnect with her for good.

Pianist Rio Armstrong was as infatuated with Lysandros as he was with her, but when something happened that scarred her soul, she pushed him away instead of going outside her comfort zone to be open with him about it. Will this time together force her hand and get the truth out into the open?
