A picture is worth a thousand words…

What about a viral video?

When Dr. Benedict saves an infant on the Washington Metro, the treatment he performs with nurse Penny becomes the talk of the town—and social media! Not least because the world thinks they’re a couple… While a real relationship is a no-go zone for divorced Benedict, prolonging their “faux-mance” is the perfect way to raise vital hospital funds. But the longer their ruse goes on, the more real it feels!

An emotional journey into forever! With the kick-off book of the Neonatal Nurses duet Juliette Hyland continues to shine with attention grabbing, well developed characters and a plot that holds up throughout. I always know I’m going to connect fully and sink into the current storyline with ease when I pick up Hyland’s latest!

Penny is the hospital sweetheart who always goes the extra mile for her patients and colleagues. Seeing her on the verge of getting the happiness she deserves after utter disappointment is heartwarming.

Benedict has quite the back story and I felt deeply for him, but also disliked a bit of his attitude. He was easily able to redeem himself in my eyes though.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a fast paced, medical setting for a romance with lots of drama and sweet interactions included.

A winter storm…

and a white-hot reunion!

Princess Freya is dreading the dutiful task that will mean facing Kjell Bergqvist again. The hardened soldier he’s become is nothing like the man who broke her heart eight years ago. But memories of what they once shared enflame new desires when a snowstorm leaves them stranded!

Kjell can’t forgive Freya for exiling him from his country—until they discover the truth of what really tore them apart. Without a royal title, he cannot offer Freya the future she deserves, but they have each other as long as the storm rages…

A delectable reunion of first loves! With the first book in her Royals of Svardia series Pippa Roscoe delivers a top notch story that kept me engrossed from start to finish. Well-developed characters, a back story and continuation that sold the plot well and a sweet yet steamy romance.

Princess Freya is a sweetheart who is willing to forsake herself for the good of others. She’s on the verge of a turning point in her life when she’s forced to reconnect with the man that broke her young heart years ago.

Kjell is steadfast and self-reliant, but stubborn when it comes to hearing about the past.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a royal romance with a boatload of drama to unpack throughout. I’m looking forward to seeing the other siblings meet their match!
