A Hawaiian reunion…Brings him an instant family!

Resort owner Mano Iokepa can surf any wave the wild Pacific sends his way. Staying afloat in his personal life is a bigger challenge. For five years he’s tried to fill the gaping void of his ex-wife’s absence. Now the only woman he ever loved is back, and she has a secret that shocks him to his core. He’s the father of twins! Getting to know his children and reconnecting with Emilia make him long to be the husband and father they need. Can he prove he deserves a second chance to make them his top priority?

Emotionally addictive and super heartwarming! With the sixth book in her always emotional Hawaiian Reunions series with Harlequin Heartwarming, Stewart brings us Mano’s story and it packs a punch! Mano has been an integral part of this series from the very first book as he has helped forge Nalani into a family oasis for all of his friends, family and extended fellowship of found family in the town. We’ve known there was a past just waiting to be reconnected with as we learned about the ex-wife he never could get over leaving him. He never stopped loving her, and we come to find out that she feels the same way. She returns back to the island with a big surprise … five year old twins he knew nothing about! With the situation she portrays of hiding them from him for all this time when he’s such a kindhearted guy, you would think that I would dearly love to hate her, but …. she’s just not that person. She was overwhelmed with being overlooked and having her dreams put on hold and he just wasn’t listening to her when she tried to make her point, so she eventually gave up … and found herself having part of her dreams along with her unknowingly in the beginning. You’ll get a feel for both sides of their story along the way and journey through connections to be forged and others to be reestablished as they settle into a new normal. I love this series and this book just tops it all off beautifully. Highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who loves a close knit group of friends who truly are family and who support each other through love, loss and life’s hardships as each finds their forever.
