Bella is housesitting in Portree, Scotland, for her brother, Finley, while he’s on his honeymoon. She expects a quiet time, enjoying the harbour town’s breathtaking views and quaint shops. So imagine her surprise when one of Great Britain’s most eligible bachelors comes pounding at her door in an attempt to evade both the paparazzi and a flurry of female fans. Unaware of his celebrity status, Bella reluctantly gives him sanctuary. Yet the surprises keep coming, and soon she’s persuaded to accompany him to Edinburgh . . . as his faux fiancée. But while helping him fend off his ardent admirers, Bella just may gain one very authentic admirer of her own . . .

A quirky little romance with the beautiful countryside behind them! The characters are fun, and easy to relate to.

When Bella Craig agrees to head over to Portree, Scotland to house-sit for her brother, she expects it to be a month of relaxation and working on plans for the future, but when a knock at the door brings a handsome stranger begging for help, her plans go up in smoke!

Ian Larrimore rues the day he ever made it on Great Britain’s most eligible bachelor’s list, and he’s miserably running from the press constantly. He’s happy to have a respite at his friend Finley’s house, but when he arrives, he finds out that Finley’s sister is already there. They find that they enjoy each other’s company, so settle in to see a bit of the sites together, and eventually he convinces her to accompany him to Edinburgh to a function … as his fake fiance!
