I wasn’t drawn in as deeply with this book as I was with ones previously in the series, but it was still a very entertaining read filled with intrigue, drama and romance.
Rusty McClane lucked into joining a wonderful family when his world fell apart all those years ago, but as much as he’s tried, he can’t move past the trauma he experienced as a child. The guilt eats him up inside as he lies on a regular basis to his family about what he does when he’s not with them. His secrets might not be so secret anymore when the cops show up at his parents door!
