5 STARS!
Susan Mallery has delighted me once again with her magical words woven into an engrossing story! I did not want to put it down once I started reading, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Great characters, great family drama, and nice plot development that has us rooting for good things to happen to each of them, even though we might not have liked one or two in the beginning!
Three sisters are coming together to make sure their Mom receives the wedding day of her dreams! They are each totally different and lead lives of their own, that often don’t complement the others, but in the end, they love each other … even if the other might not realize it to be the case!
Courtney Watson is the baby of the family and a total misfit. She’s not gorgeously graceful or at the top of the list of successful women, but she’s good at keeping secrets! Including the fact that she’s having a hot love affair with a top music producer from LA! When her biggest secret yet is exposed, she rushes to pick up the pieces of broken trusts.
Sienna Watson is the middle daughter, quite the do-gooder, but also very judgemental. She’s got a couple of failed engagements under her belt, and now her current boyfriend just popped the question … in front of her Mom & sisters!
Rachel Halcomb is the older daughter and feels like her world is falling apart. She’s recently divorced and facing the feelings of failure at not having the happily ever after that she dreamed of, but when her ex starts stepping up his game to correct his flaws as well as pointing out some of the things she did wrong in the marriage too, she’s having to face some ugly truths … and decide if she wants to put herself out there to give him the second chance he wants!
Join them in their drama of getting to the wedding day, dealing with the secrets and dilemmas that sprout up along the way and making their way to a happy ending!
