Delectably wicked! With the next book in the Elite Doms of Washington series, we get Sarah’s story. She’s always in control and holds her emotions in check always, but there’s a reason behind it and Steffan is determined to discover what that reason is. The characters are interesting and the plot was appealing. We got a glimpse into happenings from several past characters and their lives as well. I enjoyed it!
