A doctor for the desert king

Brooding billionaire Sheikh Idris Al Khalil wants one thing—the gift of hearing for his daughter, Amira—and he's willing to pay anything to get it! Enter Dr. Robyn Kelly, whose whirlwind approach to life sends his senses into overdrive.

Now, as the tension between Paddington's ENT specialist and the guarded sheikh mounts, Robyn can't help but wonder…is life in the desert with Idris and little Amira the family happy-ever-after she's always dreamed of?

Annie O’Neil pulls at our heartstrings with her latest medical romance! A brooding father, a precocious little girl and a life-scarred doctor connect and find their lives changing forever! The characters could have used a little more time together once they realized how they felt, but overall I enjoyed their story!

Sheikh Idris Al Khalil of Da’har would give anything for his daughter to be able to hear. He’s met doctor after doctor and hasn’t felt a connection with a single one of them as he tries to find the one person he will entrust his daughter’s health to for a cutting edge surgery that could very well give her sound in her life for the first time ever.

Doctor Robyn Kelly lives life in an exuberant way, and Idris isn’t sure what to make of her and her enthusiasm at first, but once his daughter meets her and is taken with her, he doesn’t think he could possibly find someone better to do her surgery. Robyn is out of her comfort zone when she’s having to deal with the PR side of her world at Paddington Children’s Hospital, but she’s definitely in her element when interacting with her patient!
