In TENDING TARA we get to enjoy a connection between Miikka’s sister Tara and his teammate Donovan and it’s a lot of fun. The storyline is complex with baggage coming at them from all directions, but the relationship between them is super sweet and steamy as all get out. I enjoyed them!
Tara is a bit of a wild card. She’s independent and self-sufficient but she’s quick to decide a man is her answer to all of her problems. I didn’t agree with all of her philosophies, but overall I enjoyed her.
Donovan was a sweetheart. He was hurt in the past and wasn’t too sure about giving his heart away again, but he was all in on helping Tara out when she needed a quick husband.
I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a close knit hockey team who are their own little family as each one finds their happily ever after.
