The final book in Janie Crouch’s San Antonio Security series with Harlequin Intrigue did not disappoint as it brings a romance between Chance and Maci to light and unravels secrets and mysteries galore! I loved this series as a whole and each brother brought a unique aspect to the security agency and family alike.
Chance is gruff and attention grabbing but he’s all heart when it comes to Maci. I enjoyed getting to see the softer side of him.
Maci is sassy and we’ve known there was more to her story, so it was rewarding to get to see all she’s overcome and all that keeps her strong. I adored her.
I recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone that likes a little romance mixed with high octane, fast paced intrigue in a race against the clock to get to that happily ever after before danger strikes.
