Gavin Zimmerman. Military codename: REDWOOD. This former Special Forces soldier will protect Oak Creek from any threat.

Even one that comes in the form of a delicate blonde with haunted eyes.

A tiny town in Wyoming and the fake ID in her pocket are Lexi Adam’s last chance. She's used her all her resources to escape the danger that hounds her. A danger the whole world would agree she brought on herself.

She just wants a chance to start over, to rest for a moment, but the town's upstanding and oh so sexy sheriff is determined to get to the truth behind her lies.

Even if it gets them both killed.

Danger is right around the corner! With the next book in her beloved Linear Tactical series Janie Crouch brings a familiar face into the mix when a quasi-villain from a previous series has to be redeemed enough to be the heroine of this book. REDWOOD is fast paced and attention grabbing. Always looking forward to more in the series!

Lexi is quick to nab a reader’s attention with the predicament she finds herself in. She’s done things that don’t make her proud, but she’s fairly easy to redeem.

Gavin is loyal yet suspicious and easy to like.

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who loves a major dose of suspense and danger mixed in with their romance. This series has a close-knit group of co-workers/friends who carry forward in every book.

A television star and a flight attendant walk into a bar...

Six months after a traumatic event left actress Piper Sheridan confined to her apartment with debilitating panic attacks, she’s determined to start living her life again. Motivated by an upcoming audition, she summons her courage and goes out for a drink, keeping her identity under wraps. It sounds simple enough, but nothing about going out in public is easy for Piper these days. And her hopes of going unnoticed are stymied by the bubbly blonde on the next barstool.

Flight attendant Chloe Carson is only in New York for the night, and she’s only looking for a little casual fun to go with her cocktail. The mysterious woman beside her isn’t fun, exactly…but she’s intriguing. And beautiful. Even without knowing her name, Chloe is drawn to her. When they share an unexpectedly intimate moment, Chloe knows this is a night she’ll never forget.

Can these two strangers turn a chance encounter into something lasting?

Utterly delightful! With the latest in her sweet and sassy lesbian romance series Midnight in Manhattan Rachel Lacey delights her readers with a chance meeting in COME AWAY WITH ME. It’s got an emotional backdrop, but overall is a lowkey fun romance that is sure to please.

Piper and her situation hooked me quickly and I enjoyed watching her overcome her anxiety to go after her dreams and find her forever. She was a bit selfish when it came to her time, but she was redeemable.

Chloe was a sweetheart who you just have to love from the start.

I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a lesbian romance with equal amounts of sweet and steam with emotional turning points in their lives. I’m looking forward to more!

When Maze returns to Wildstone for the wedding of her estranged bff and the sister of her heart, it’s also a reunion of a once ragtag team of teenagers who had only each other until a tragedy tore them apart and scattered them wide.

Now as adults together again in the lake house, there are secrets and resentments mixed up in all the amazing childhood memories. Unexpectedly, they instantly fall back into their roles: Maze their reckless leader, Cat the den mother, Heather the beloved baby sister, and Walker, a man of mystery.

Life has changed all four of them in immeasurable ways. Maze and Cat must decide if they can rebuild their friendship, and Maze discovers her long-held attraction to Walker hasn’t faded with the years but has only grown stronger.

Shalvis shines in her latest release! If ever we needed a group of characters to wrap us up in their world and immerse us in their emotional journey it is now, and Jill Shalvis does not disappoint with THE FOREVER GIRL. The drama is high, the emotions are deep and the journey towards forgiveness is bittersweet. I could not have loved it more!

The characters had me hooked in the very first scene, and as day after day passed we learned more and more of the past no one wanted to talk about, and the love still in their hearts for each other.

I highly recommend this book as well as all of the books in the Wildstone series to anyone looking for an emotional rediscovery of life, friendships and love. I always look forward to my next trip to this cozy California town!
