This Christmas, she won’t just forgive her enemy,
she’ll be seduced by him…

Kristin Richmond knows too much about secrets and lies. Her family’s property development empire has survived its share of scandals. But this Christmas, there’s one more surprise in store: new family attorney Jackson Jones. He was the first man Kristin ever loved—and the man who broke her heart. Now she's forced to work with him, torn between clashing over corporate matters and succumbing to the heat still crackling between them. Can Kristin—and her family business—survive his seductive charm this time around?

A delectable reunion of first loves! With the third Richmond sibling’s story in the continuation of the Clashing Birthrights series Yvonne Lindsay brings us the story of Kristin and Jackson in WHAT HAPPENS AT CHRISTMAS … and it was quite satisfying. I wanted a bit more at the ending to make it feel like their current relationship was developing thoroughly, but overall they were a sweet couple who overcame mistakes they made in their youth to go on to become accomplished, self- assured adults who had the good fortune of finding one another again. I enjoyed this series!

I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who likes a good bit of family drama mixed into their romance and depiction of real life. The family is successful and very captivating.

Andy:
I just ended my rookie year with the Seattle Sockeyes in a win-or-go-home game, and we went home. I played a big part in that loss thanks in part to my lack of team play. It's time to lick my wounds, re-examine my role, and come to terms with demons I've been avoiding for too long. I buy an RV and take to the wilderness for a little solitude and lot of soul-searching. Just me, my dog Bones, and nature. There's one problem. My campsite neighbor is a too-cheerful, busy-body camp host. She brings out the worst in me, but I can't stop thinking about sharing a sleeping bag with her.

Kennedy:
As a brand ambassador for a large RV manufacturer, it's my job to make sure everyone is enjoying their camping experience. Usually I'm quite good at fixing problems and assisting campers until I meet the hot, grumpy hockey player next door. He claims he wants to be left alone; but after one look at his lost expression, I'm certain that's the last thing he needs. To complicate things, we have chemistry, the kind which blazes past all misgivings and singes everyone in sight.

Sweet, sexy and captivating! OFF-SEASON by Jami Davenport is the sixth book in her always popular spinoff The Scoring Series from her Seattle Sockeyes hockey franchise. Andrew is licking his wounds after his rookie season with the team and capping it off with a camping trip all on his own … or as alone as he can be with a peppy camp director wanna-be sharing the space next to him. If you want front row seats to the game, this book is not for you because it takes place in the off-season, but there is a good bit of teammate camaraderie taking place none-the-less. I recommend reading the prior book FACEOFF prior to this one to get a full picture of Andy. Looking forward to more to come in the series!

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a close knit team of hockey players who know how to party and have a good time as love snags the heart of one player after another.

* Release Blitz * MAMA’S BOY by Avery Flynn

Mama’s Boy by Avery Flynn is now live!

He’s exactly who you want to take home.

Top three lies about mama’s boys:

1. That we don’t know what we want. That one is straight up BS. I know exactly what I want—to win this bet with my cousins by any means necessary even if it means finding the worst possible date in all of Harbor City and agreeing to whatever she asks in exchange for her pretending to fall for me.

2. That we are soft, little wimps. Yeah, you don’t get to be CEO of a multibillion dollar company by letting other people take advantage of you. So as soon as I realize my date Fiona Hartigan isn’t exactly who she appears to be, there’s nothing that will stop me from figuring out the truth—no matter how many dates it takes to unravel that mystery.

3. That we don’t know how to kiss. Oh yes we do. The only problem is that once I start kissing Fiona, I don’t want to stop and I have to because we’ve already agreed that all of this is temporary.

Now I’m the guy that every woman wants to bring home to mom—except for the woman I’m fake dating and falling in love with for real.

Can one man’s crowded, messy life fill another man’s empty heart?

Raising a family was always Adam Mills’ dream, although solo parenting and moving back to tiny Garnet Run certainly were not. After a messy breakup, Adam is doing his best to give his young daughter the life she deserves—including accepting help from their new, reclusive neighbor to fulfill her Christmas wish.

Though the little house may not have “the most lights ever,” the Mills home begins to brighten as handsome Wes Mobray spends more time there and slowly sheds his protective layers. But when the eye-catching house ends up in the news, Wes has to make a choice: hide from the darkness of his unusual past or embrace the light of a future—and a family—with Adam.

A delightful holiday romance filled with life lessons and happily ever afters! I was thrilled to dive in to the first ever gay romance from Harlequin’s Special Edition line and Roan Parrish did NOT disappoint! With a precocious 8 year old leading the charge, the characters of Knockbridge Lane bring a fulfilling storyline to life with adorable interactions, emotional revelations and an overall awe inspiring sweetness between this child, her father and the man they both are falling for. There’s a tad more heat here than this line generally puts out, but I highly enjoyed Adam, Wes and sweet lil’ Gus!

Adam is a sweetheart. He’s a gentle soul with his heart on his sleeve who feels thing deeply and loves hard. I adored the father that he was to Gus.

Wes was an unexpected surprise. He comes across as standoffish, but in reality he’s misunderstood and protecting his heart. I loved seeing the joy that true love opened up for him.

August AKA Gus is the type of person everyone should strive to be. She’s energetic, hungry for knowledge and she embraces “different” wholeheartedly and with open arms. She’s a joy to read.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys an emotional backstory as these two guys use the magic of the holiday season to fall hard for each other.

A woman asks questions…

…and finds answers that threaten her unborn child

Young and pregnant, Nova Ellis arrives in Mustang Valley, determined to find her missing father, Ace Colton. In her search, she uncovers that Nik Slater—the PI she’s just hired—is looking for the very same man. Immediately, Nova falls for Nik’s protective nature, a man who cares for her and her baby. But will unexpected danger and long-kept secrets draw them together…or shatter their dreams?

An unexpected twist in the Colton family saga! With book 10 in the always exciting Colton’s of Mustang Valley series Addison Fox brings us the story of Ace’s unknown daughter when she arrives into town with danger close behind her. The plot was quick to hold my attention and the character interaction was pleasing. I enjoyed the story very much, but didn’t enjoy a couple of instances where items were told differently than they happened in the previous book. A better follow up on details with the previous author in the series would have made for a more satisfying flow. Looking forward to the last couple of books in the series!

I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a mystery that spans the entire series while each individual book has it’s own bit of intrigue going on as love comes knocking at various Colton doors.

Her future depends on winning his trust—

and not falling for him…

Falsely accused of embezzling money, Tami Wilson is forced to spy on her new boss, CEO Keaton Richmond, to prove her innocence. The same alluring new boss who whisks her to the wilderness for a week of team building…and then tempts her to surrender to their searing chemistry. But how can she go through with her plan if she falls for this man?

An emotionally riveting addition to Yvonne Lindsay’s Clashing Birthrights series! With the second book in the series we get to know Keaton better as he reluctantly gives his heart to a new employee who isn’t exactly what she seems. The chemistry is spot on, the turmoil addictive and the happily ever after is ideal. I’m looking forward to more in the series!

Keaton is much easier to like once we get to know him better in this book. In book one he came across as aloof and sanctimonious, but as we get to know the person beneath the surface we see the side of him that feels inadequate and overlooked.

Tami is easy to redeem of any wrongdoing because she’s got a heart of gold and never meant harm in anything she did.

I highly recommend this book and series to anyone that enjoys a family filled with drama and secrets who are learning to support each other better every day as each one finds their forever love.

She's every man's girl next door. I'm the playboy your mother warns you about.

I'm the party-boy extraordinaire and perpetual playboy of the Seattle Sockeyes. I thought this was the dream life, but after multiple poor choices, it's all gone too far and I'm about to lose everything. My reputation has been shot to hell, I'm on thin ice with the team, and I'm financially broke AF. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and I'm about to agree to the last thing an irresponsible dude like me should ever do.

Darcy is the sweetheart of reality TV and every guy's girl-next-door fantasy, but her luster is fading, her show is on the chopping block, and she's now living in my condo. Did I forget to mention she's also my fake girlfriend and soon-to-be fake fiancé? And not a fake girlfriend with benefits, but the hands-off, leave-me-alone except when the cameras are rolling girlfriend.
I crave attention and notoriety. She craves stability and love. We both have our secrets...and chemistry. We have a lot of chemistry. Together we're explosive, but explosions have a way of hurting those closest to the blast. And this celebrity match made in heaven is about to detonate.

The sexual chemistry is off the charts in this fake relationship turned all too real addition to Jami Davenport’s Scoring Series! With the fifth book in the series we get up close and personal with Gage AKA Ziggy and it’s an absolute joy. I highly recommend you read the prior book in the series (ICING) prior to this one because it lays a lot of groundwork in getting to know Ziggy and his predicament. I highly enjoyed FACEOFF!

Gage might be a bit of a screw up, but he’s such a sweetheart that it all falls to the way side when you get to know this delicious teddy bear of a guy. I loved seeing him get a better handle on his life throughout this book.

Darcy is a doll. She’s had a hard life and what she’s been blessed with of late isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be either, but she’s still holding her head high and striving for her goals.

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who loves a hockey series with lots of banter, sexual chemistry galore and so much heart you’ll love every single member of this team by the time it’s all over with.

True love, second chances… and a covert mission!

With her family mired in legal trouble, Ainsley Colton turns to her ex, ace attorney Santiago Morales. Soon, Santiago asks for help in return…going undercover as husband and wife to expose a dangerous scam. Working alongside him reminds Ainsley of what can never be. This scheme should be hazardous only to her heart—but when the stakes ramp up, “till death do us part” becomes all too real.

One mystery weaves into another as Lara Lacome continues the Coltons of Mustang Valley saga and I loved every minute of Ainsley and Santiago! This reunion story brings together Colton sibling Ainsley with her law school love who broke her heart years ago. She needs help for her brother Ace, and he has a scam that he’d like help uncovering. The mystery is high surrounding both cases and interweave to make a top notch addition to the series.

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a series long mystery revolving around a wealthy family’s saga of ups and downs as they race towards uncovering a scandal like no other. Each sibling finds love along the way in this highly addictive series.

Dodging bullets isn’t the homecoming he expected.

When Detective Foster Lovett's pretty next door neighbor, Millie Dean, begs him to help her find her missing brother, the other deputies warn him not to investigate the case. But Foster’s gut says something is off, particularly once Millie becomes a target. Foster will do whatever it takes to keep her safe, but can he solve the most dangerous case of his career?

Non-stop intrigue! From the first page to the last Tyler Anne Snell holds her reader’s attention with UNCOVERING SMALL TOWN SECRETS, the first book in her Saving Kelby Creek series with Harlequin Intrigue. The plot is full of attention grabbing twists, the characters each have an intensity that melds well together and the danger lurking around every corner builds on the tension. I’m looking forward to more in the series!

Millie won me over instantly as soon as we heard her plight over her missing brother. She was flying blind on certain aspects of the case, but her diligence in not giving up on her brother was beneficial in getting more doors to open.

Foster proved his worth when he chose to listen to her that there was something wrong rather than accept all of the roadblocks that were thrown up to discourage his participation in believing a crime had been committed.

I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a mystery filled with ups and downs as romance lingers in the background just waiting to take center stage.

Steele:

I'm a second-year hockey player for the Seattle Sockeyes. Imagine my shock when I return from a trip to find my former roommate has transferred his lease to my nemesis. She's so annoying I can't stand to be in the same room with her. She pushes all my buttons and is my exact opposite. Despite it all, I want to rip off her clothes and make mad passionate love to her. What is wrong with me?

Hyacinth:

I'm the free-spirited daughter of a radical activist. I've marched in my share of protests, and saving the world is my life's mission, but lately I'm wondering where my life is headed. When I'm offered the chance to share the lease on a fancy condo only two blocks from my bartending job, I jump on it. Like with most things, this one is too good to be true. My roommate is a finicky, annoying AF hot hockey player I've butted heads with in the past who thinks my causes are ridiculous. He pushes all my buttons, and I never expected to fall for him, but I did.

This high octane enemies to lovers story is sure to please! Jami Davenport is turning up the intensity when she pits straight and narrow hockey pro Steele against free spirit Hyacinth in a roomie vs. roomie showdown. Sexual tension, snarky banter and downright adorable interactions kept me riveted throughout.

Steele is a sweetheart and likes things just the way he likes them. He’s thrown for a loop when he’s faced with chaos on the daily and seeing him have to adapt is entertaining.

Cin is delightful. She’s sweet, she’s snarky and she’s a bulldog when something she cares about is threatened.

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a hockey series with a solid group of young hockey players who are learning to settle down as they go when love crosses their path.
