Friendships and family abound during a week of love, laughter, and happily ever afters.

Catch up with your favorite characters and enjoy Bones and Sarah’s wedding while falling in love with the newest Whiskey-world couple, Penny Wilson and Scott Beckley in this Whiskey series novella.

When everything you want is right in front of you, but it's still out of reach…

Penny Wilson has a successful business, more friends than a girl could ask for, and a boyfriend she’s madly and passionately in love with. Scott Beckley is honest, loyal, hands down the best lover on the planet, and absolutely gaga over his nieces and nephews. Scott’s a keeper…as long as Penny doesn’t ever want to hear those three magical words that would take their relationship to the next level. Scott escaped abusive parents at seventeen and was forced to find his way alone in the world. Even though it’s been more than a decade and he’s reunited with his estranged sisters and built a good life in Peaceful Harbor, Maryland, he’s still tortured by his past. Penny knows he loves her with everything he has, but for a girl who wants a family and a guy who is afraid of having one, love might not be enough.

Sinfully sweet and delightful! If you’re looking for a fast paced catch up with some of your favorite Whiskey characters this book is for you! Melissa Foster is sure to please when she drops a novella of one favorite couple’s wedding while introducing the latest duo to fall in the Whiskey realm. This book isn’t really a standalone because there are a lot of characters mentioned and you won’t appreciate all of the happenings if you aren’t already familiar with the family … but for a Whiskey fan, it was the best!

Penny and Scott both have interesting family histories and back stories, so to see them finally get a happily ever after is so satisfying. I hope to see glimpses of them in future books.

I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a close-knit, hard-loving family who lives to serve and delights in sharing each other’s happiness.

Nico

When I inherited the Dallas Oilers from my father , I became one of the youngest owners in hockey history. Even though the team was at the bottom of the hockey standings,

I had big plans to change that and bring the Cup to Dallas.

Falling in love was something I never believed would happen to me.

You’d think I was getting everything I ever wanted with the girl and the winning record, but I still have a promise to fulfill to my childhood best friend.

Becca

Never let them see you sweat has been my life motto since I decided to make a name for myself as the most-sought-after sport agent.

I know what it takes to close a deal, and only want one thing—to be the best.

Until I felt his touch one night, and everything I thought I knew was forgotten. Nico is everything I've never let myself want.

But all my cards came crashing down the minute I read the headlines.

It takes only one touch to change everything!

This whirlwind romance will have you hooked! With book four in her always delightfully sinful Only One Series, Natasha Madison brings us the yumminess of Nico in ONLY ONE TOUCH. I adored them as a couple, and their connection was knock your socks off hot, but there was lack of development in their relationship that had this book falling a little flat for me. I love the series as a whole, and look forward to more to come!

Becca is a strong, self-assured woman who doesn’t take any attitude from anyone, and watching her let her softer side show for Nico was awe inspiring. Loved their connection and loved their flirty goodness.

Nico has proven time and again in the series that he’s a doll. I love this team under his leadership and can’t wait to see more of them to come.

I recommend this series to anyone who loves a close knit group of friends who have a connection on and off the ice as they each fight their way towards winning the cup, and their happily ever afters.

Lone wolf billionaire Hudson Black is forbidden fruit—and I’ve already taken a bite! After our unforgettable one-night stand years ago, we went back to business as usual. We care too much about the company we run with my ex-husband—Hudson’s best friend—to let wickedly hot sex interfere with the bottom line.

But when Typhoon Kano traps us in Hudson’s high-rise Tokyo office, the heat between us is as potent as the storm outside. Soon things go from intense to incendiary! Just one wild night—that’s all I want. So why can’t I stop shuddering at his touch, gazing into his dark eyes, craving his body…

After growing up in the foster system, Hudson will never be bound to anyone. And after my failed marriage, I’m not rushing to the altar. But I still want it all—the career, the family, the love of my life. Hudson and I are both risk takers, in work and in bed. Can we trust each other enough to risk our hearts?

Temptation at it’s very best! With the first book in her scandalously hot Billionaire Bedmates duet, JC Harroway delights her readers with a forbidden romance and it does not disappoint! The characters are attention grabbing, the passion is spot on and the emotional depth of their story is the highpoint of the book. I can’t wait for Sterling’s story!

Hudson had my heart from the first moment he stepped onto the pages and we learned a little bit about his back story. He’s kind, he’s sincere and his lost soul is endearing.

Monroe is confident and cheeky, but having to keep what she feels for Hudson a secret is wearing her down. Seeing them connect in the way they’ve both always wanted to is so satisfying.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a clandestine romance with lots of sparks and so much heart.

Kirby Litman has been abandoned by everyone in his life at one time or another since childhood. And when his cheating ex drops their baby girl in his lap and leaves the country, he vows he won’t abandon his daughter, Celeste, like he was. Between parenting, hockey, and mentoring three brand-new young players, he doesn’t have much time for himself. Though, when Jaylin Raventorn crosses his path again, he wants to stop the clock for her.

Jaylin has had her eye on Kirby from the first moment they met over a year ago, but his surprise fatherhood threw their plans into the penalty box. Now that he’s back in play—and with a cute new teammate to boot—Jaylin is as eager as Kirby to pick up where they left off.

But will the love-’em-and-leave-’em lawyer be able to let go of her fears to build a future with the man who’s always been left behind? Or will the hard hit from their pasts be too much for them to overcome?

Single dad yumminess! With book three in her IceCats hockey series, Toni Aleo delights us with all of the adorableness of Kirby and his baby girl. I adored him, I loved Jaylin and I just couldn’t put this book down from start until finish. Looking forward to more in the series!

Jaylin is a strong willed, confident attorney who doesn’t let her guard down easily so when the sole man to have gotten through her shell comes into her life again, she can’t resist succumbing to him.

Kirby is such a good guy! He’s career oriented, but his baby girl means everything to him and he will put her first always.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who loves a good hockey romance filled with bits of the game and lots of the passion flowing off of the ice.

Who better to catch a murderer than a woman raised by one?

The beautiful young woman’s long black hair clings to her face like seaweed. As Nadine turns the body, she prays this will be different: but seeing the wounds, her prayers go unanswered. It’s just like the others. An exact match to her mother’s victims.

Keeping her head down and refusing to let anyone get close is Agent Nadine Finch’s atonement for never realising her mother Arleen was a serial killer. But when the body of a young woman is found drifting in the warm Sarasota Bay waters, right where Nadine grew up, the past she’s worked so hard to keep hidden comes calling.

Rushing to the scene, Nadine is the first to notice the circle carved around the girl’s ring finger. It’s the exact same marking Arleen left on all her victims. Suddenly, Nadine is a teenager again, watching her mother come home to their trailer in the middle of the night, covered in blood.

With a heartbroken family reeling, and no witnesses or forensic evidence, Nadine has no choice but to face her demons and visit her mother in prison. When her mother whispers a name Nadine hasn’t heard for years, the case takes a terrifyingly personal turn, and returning home, the bag of bloodied clothes left on Nadine’s bed tells her someone is watching her every move…

With her dark family history out in the open, it’s not long before suspicion falls on Nadine herself. As her team turn against her, the closer she gets to her mother and this case, the more danger she’s in. Time is running out. Can she catch the killer—or will she be the next victim of this dark family legacy?

Terror from start to finish! With the first book in her brand new Agent Nadine Finch series Jenna Kernan makes a solid debut into a more diabolical genre than I typically read her in. With A KILLER’S DAUGHTER we are quickly thrust right into the heart of a copycat killer who is preying on a forensic psychologist by repeating the crimes her serial killer mother tormented her youth with. The story was quick to draw me in and had a solid foundation, but to have me all in I needed it to be faster paced with more edge of my seat suspense and less core characters to distract from the ongoing tension. A solid story with a satisfyingly sinister follow through left me hungry for more of Nadine in the series yet to come.

I recommend this book to anyone looking for a mystery interwoven with past terror and current killings as the characters ease their way under our skin.

Everything went wrong. And then she went gray.

At 47, newly divorced makeup artist Lela Bennett is dreading her next steps. Dating. Meeting people. Not letting herself go. But then she runs into Donovan James and tries something different—sleeping with her sexy crush from college. Unfortunately, in a post-orgasm stupor, Lela confesses she was in love with Donovan all those years ago. He responds by leaving while she sleeps. The next morning, her gray hairs are practically taunting her. She knows she has to get it together. Forget men. Embrace her age. Own her gray.

Donovan James is a marketing genius, but his ex-wives will tell you—nothing freaks him out like feelings. Three years after his one-night stand with Lela, he’s focused on his daughter’s lifestyle company, but unprepared to meet the face of their new beauty brand. It’s Lela. With stunning silver locks and new confidence, she’s no longer swayed by his charms. When business starts booming, the universe seems intent on throwing them together time and again. And suddenly, two people convinced that romance was behind them are wondering if love could be what’s next.

With a gorgeously refreshing voice, Karen Booth blows the unrealistic definition of “prime” being perky bits and youthful bodies into the wind when she brings a middle-aged romance to life with natural depictions of aging, failed relationships and reimagined dreams. GRAY HAIR DON’T CARE is the modern woman’s anthem to deserving love at any and all ages, colors, sizes!

Lela is enviable. She’s strong and self-assured and she takes advantage of the time following the end of the life she thought she’d be leading for the rest of her life to reassess and start new dreams.

Donovan is delightfully smart enough to be learning life from a fresh perspective now that he’s seeing the world through his grown daughter’s eyes … and it’s changing him for the better.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves romance, loves humor and loves a cast of really relatable people who you feel like you could truly enjoy hanging out with in life.

But when they return home, passion prevents him from calling it quits with Sarina Redhawk. To keep his investors and family off his back, the tech entrepreneur must keep their marriage secret. Will his arrangement with the strong-willed beauty backfire?

Red hot chemistry with all the feels! Robin Covington keeps the feel good romance coming in book two of her Redhawk Reunion series and I am loving this family! SEDUCING HIS SECRET WIFE brings little sister Sarina back to town for a family celebration … but not before she has a little adventure of her own.

Sarina is strong-willed and stubborn and her strength is what has gotten her this far in life and will continue to bring her everything her heart desires if Justin has anything to say about it.

Justin is a sweetheart. He can’t believe the goddess that he just married in Vegas is his best friend’s little sister, but even knowing that, he can’t get her out of his mind.

I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a whole lot of family drama mixed with love and laughter as each sibling finds their happily ever after. I can’t wait for Roan’s story!

Manning

As captain of the Dallas Oilers, I was their leader on and off the ice. From the outside, it looked like I had the perfect life.

I didn’t.

I was married to a woman who refused to give me a divorce. All she wanted was the status title, and all I wanted was to be set free.

It was supposed to be just another event, except it took a turn I didn’t see coming.

Evelyn

Attending my best friend’s bachelorette party isn’t something I was looking forward to.
But it’s strange what a couple of glasses of wine will do.

It was one night, and I thought I would never see him again.

Especially not coming face-to-face with him and his wife while picking up my nephew from hockey practice.

All it takes is one kiss, one touch, one chance, and only one night.

Exhilarating chemistry, emotional upheavals and oh so many feels! With book three in her The Only One series Natasha Madison delights with a story that takes emotional to a whole new level in ONE ONE NIGHT. I love the guys on this team so much!

Manning has been in our hearts all throughout this series. He’s the team captain, the heart of the bunch … and yet he’s miserable. His wicked wife refuses to give him the divorce he’s begged for and continues to keep him on her puppet string by using their son as leverage … until he meets a woman one night that he simply can’t resist.

Evelyn is a delight. She’s been through some drama of her own, but now she’s back home working and enjoying family when she runs into hunky Manning by happenstance one night. She has no clue who he is, she doesn’t know he’s married, she just knows what he makes her feel.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a highly emotional romance mixed with a close-knit group of teammates and friends with some hockey mixed in.

While Gedeon “Player” Lazaroff is one of Torpedo Ink motorcycle club’s roughest members, he’s also one of the calmest. Little rattles Player, except for the times his gift gets the better of him. When that happens, he has to just lie down in the dark and hope for the best. But on a night when he’s on the verge of losing it, he meets a woman who manages to soothe his fractured mind.

Zyah is a striking, ethereal beauty who seduces him with every word and move. Their night together is one of pure, exquisite bliss. But when Player gets confused and thinks their intimate encounter was nothing more than a dream, his careless dismissal leaves her humiliated and angry.

Now, Player will have to devote his every breath to convincing Zyah to give him a second chance. Because she might be the only one who can save him from himself.…

A wild ride towards forever! With book five in her always entertaining Torpedo Ink series Christine Feehan brings us Player’s story in RECKLESS ROAD and it was quite the ride. I enjoyed Gedeon and Zyah together and there were aspects of the story that I loved, but there were also parts that were a bit out there. I hope as the series continues that we get back into the heart of the family of being the MC instead of playing up the supernatural aspect so much. Early books in the series were great … the last couple were meh-ish. I love the group as a whole though, so I’m going to keep trying and hoping it picks back up again.

Player is a core part of the heart of the MC and seeing how much he gives of himself in order to protect is family is really touching. I enjoyed watching him fall for Zyah and find his own version of happiness.

Zyah is strong-willed and tenacious and I loved her for Player.

I recommend this series to anyone who loves a close knit group of MC members who are like family and always there to support their brothers and sisters through the good times and the bad.

After saving a woman and baby from would-be kidnappers, ex-marine Matt Hennessey discovers he and Aubrey Blanchard have much in common—starting over, painful pasts and an ice-cold murder case. Their attraction is instant and undeniable. But as they search for the baby’s abducted sister, a human trafficking cartel threatens their lives. Can they bring down the vengeful criminals who don’t forgive…and never forget?

Top notch intrigue! With the second book in The Outriders Series Elle James takes her reader on a ride of exhilarating danger in HIDEOUT AT WHISKEY GULCH. The drama and suspense grabs us from the first chapter and doesn’t let go throughout. I am loving this series!

Aubrey is courageously trying to put the pieces of her life back together after her recent divorce and move to Whiskey Gulch when she’s swept into a dangerous whirlwind.

Matt caught my attention in the first book in the series so I was already a fan and thrilled to see him get a happy ever after, even if it was an emotional journey to get there.
