Will one night be enough? Find out in this red-hot enemies-to-lovers romance.

Sleepless in Manhattan…
With the man she loves to hate!

A sizzling night in New York is the perfect way for advertising executive Zoey Brackenfield to forget her ex. And since it’s with Finn O’Connell, business rival and notorious playboy, there’s zero chance of heartbreak, or a repeat. Even as she craves his exhilarating touch…

Finn finds their impassioned hours in the city that never sleeps equally unforgettable. Surely as long as they set some ground rules, there’s no reason not to indulge again. And again. Until their scorching connection becomes something neither bargained for…

A delectable enemies to lovers romance! With the third book in her Wanted: A Billionaire series Melanie Milburne brings us the story of two advertising execs who love to hate each other in the business world but can’t seem to resist the pull of ONE HOT NEW YORK NIGHT! The characters were quick to draw my attention and this fast paced romance was read with ease and delight.

Zoey is easy to sympathize with as it’s quickly noted that she tries to live up to her father’s expectations and sadly fails miserably simply because she was born a female. Her wit is sharp and her heart is guarded, but she’s a sweetheart beneath it all.

Finn is charming and delightful. I enjoyed the sexy banter they shared, but also the true heart that he let easily show.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who loves an endearing romance of professionals putting the job first but falling hard for that once in a lifetime happily ever after along the way.

When a deed to an apartment in Paris turns up in an old attic trunk, an estranged mother and daughter must reunite to uncover the secret life of a family matriarch.

Hannah Bond has always been a bookworm, which is why she fled Florida—and her unstable, alcoholic mother—for a quiet life leading Jane Austen-themed tours through the British countryside. But on New Year’s Eve, everything comes crashing down when she arrives back at her London flat to find her mother, Marla, waiting for her.

Marla’s brought two things with her: a black eye from her ex-boyfriend and an envelope. Its contents? The deed to an apartment in Paris, an old key, and newspaper clippings about the death of a famous writer named Andres Armand. Hannah, wary of her mother’s motives, reluctantly agrees to accompany her to Paris, where against all odds, they discover great-grandma Ivy’s apartment frozen in 1940 and covered in dust.

Inside the apartment, Hannah and Marla discover mysterious clues about Ivy’s life—including a diary detailing evenings of drinking and dancing with Hemingway, the Fitzgeralds, and other iconic expats. Outside, they retrace her steps through the city in an attempt to understand why she went to such great lengths to hide her Paris identity from future generations.

A heartwarming and charming saga set in the City of Lights, Lost in Paris is an unforgettable celebration of family and the love between a mother and a daughter.

A beautiful depiction of love, loss and family heritage with the gorgeous atmosphere of Paris highlighting every aspect. It won’t take long for you to be enthralled with the family saga unraveling as a young American living in London is suddenly thrust into an unexpected journey into the past of a loved one when a Paris apartment untouched since 1940 is discovered. In LOST IN PARIS Elizabeth Thompson wraps captivating characters around our heart and takes us on a journey of redemption. I’m not usually a fan of moving back and forth in time from present to past in a book, but Ms. Thompson’s voice eloquently weaves an unbroken storyline with a letter from the past at the beginning of each chapter unveiling the next moment they were uncovering in their search. I highly enjoyed every moment of the book!

Hannah is easy to like and sympathize with as we learn the life she has led with a mostly absent mother but a lifelong adoration of the grandmother who raised her.

Marla is extremely tarnished from Hannah’s portrayal of her, but as the book develops we watch her try the hardest she ever has to find a place in her daughters life and earn her forgiveness.

I highly recommend this story to anyone who enjoys an emotional plot interwoven with family, friendship and hints of romance.

Two powerhouse authors bring you a hilarious tale of one woman’s journey to find herself again.

Ever have one of those days where life just plain sucks? Welcome to my last three months—ever since I caught my can’t-be-soon-enough ex-husband cheating with his paralegal. I’m thirty-five years old, and I’ve lost my NYC apartment, my job, my money, and frankly, my dignity.

But the final heartache in the suck sandwich of my life? My great-aunt Maggie died. The only family member who’s ever gotten me.

Even after death, though, she’s helping me get back up. She’s willed me the keys to a house in the burbs, of all places, and dared me to grab life by the family jewels. Well, I’ve got the vise grips already in hand (my ex should take note) and I’m ready to fight for my life again.

Too bad that bravado only lasts as long as it takes to drive into Huckleberry Hills. And see the house.

There are forty-seven separate HOA violations, and I feel them all in my bones. Honestly, I’m surprised no one’s “accidentally” torched the house yet. I want to, and I’ve only been standing in front of it for five minutes. But then my hot, grumpy neighbor tells me to mow the lawn first and I’m just...done. Done with men too sexy for their own good and done with anyone telling me what to do.

First rule of surviving the burbs? There is nothing that YouTube and a glass of wine can’t conquer.

A laugh out loud, cry in your beer and love hard kind of book that will have your attention from hilarious start to emotional finish. You won’t want to put it down, and you’ll wish there were a few more chapters because you are enjoying this crazy cast so much. Bravo!

Mallory is an awesome character that is so relatable. She has just had her world snatched out from under her and there’s no time like the present to put on her big girl pants and forge her way through the diamond in the rough she just got handed.

Cheating louse of a husband pushing all the right buttons to see a side of her he’s never seen … check! Annoying neighbor being much too sexy for his own good and making her lust when she really just wants to wallow … check! Family members coming out of the woodwork to add their drama on to her own … check!

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a rom-com with lots of heart and emotions. I wish I could see this group again because they were a whole lot of fun!

With a serial killer on the loose…

Secrets get you killed.

Detective Jake McAllister isn’t aware Kyra Chase is connected to a twenty-year-old unsolved murder. He sees his new case partner only as an unwelcome distraction. But with the body count rising, they’ll need to trust each other to help them catch a killer who seems to know more about Kyra than Jake does.

Highly addictive! Harlequin is bringing us a twist again in their Intrigue line that we’ve seen a time or two in the past where the same couple will star in a series of four books instead of just one. It’s a fun way to extend a storyline while bringing us even more of a couple we’re enjoying. Carol Ericson’s upcoming THE SETUP kicks off the Kyra and Jake Investigation series and each continuing book will come out the following month. There wasn’t a huge amount of romance or relationship development in this book for Kyra and Jake, but the intrigue and suspense was top notch and hooked me quickly on this storyline and in particular this serial killer case. I’m so looking forward to their continuation!

Jake is a dedicated cop who just got handed the case of a lifetime. Seeing different aspects of him begin to unravel as he delves into this killer is satisfying.

Kyra is complex and admirable. She gives her job her all, and as her past begins to come back to haunt her we begin to see why it’s so important to her.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is intrigued by a diabolical serial killer and the twists and turns the case often takes as lies are revealed and truths are uncovered.

“Ruin me.”

And she’ll enjoy every delicious second!

The king of Vallia never wanted to ascend to the throne. But in order to abdicate, Luca needs a good, old-fashioned disgrace. That’s where powerhouse PR pro Amy Miller comes in!

Amy’s revived the career of many a star. She can certainly torpedo that of a reluctant royal. But when instant attraction ignites with Luca, Amy’s soon starring in the scandal. And the fire burning between them is anything but fake news. But will this explosive flame be extinguished by what’s hidden in Amy’s past?

Unwittingly delightful! With the first book in the Signed, Sealed … Seduced series Dani Collins brings us a royal who wants just enough scandal behind his name to allow him to resist taking the throne. In WAYS TO RUIN A ROYAL REPUTATION public relations guru Amy sets out to help Luca hand the throne over to it’s rightful heir when the draw they’ve been feeling towards each other from the beginning turns them into unexpected tabloid fodder! Great characters, an enchanting setting and an overall feel good romance.

Luca is kind and wholehearted believes in correcting outdated policies so the throne he’s about to take actually goes to the correct heir, but he needs some help to do so.

Amy knows her fair share about scandal, so she wants to be absolutely sure Luca knows what he’s doing before unleashing it on him … if only their attraction to each other hadn’t already opened those doors before they were ready!

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a little bit of modern day royalty mixed in with some romance and gossip.

Someone framed Everleigh Emerson.

And now they’ll stop at nothing to kill her…

Everleigh Emerson just escaped wrongful conviction for murder. That doesn’t mean she’s safe. After Clarke Colton witnesses an attempt on her life, the PI convinces Everleigh to let him help her—even if it means pretending to be her boyfriend. Everleigh trusts that Clarke wants to catch the killer who’s after her. But can she trust the attraction that’s growing between her and her protector?

High energy intrigue! With the second book in the Coltons of Grave Gulch series Tara Taylor Quinn brings us Everleigh and Clarke’s story in COLTON’S KILLER PURSUIT. If you read the first book in the series Everleigh will be familiar with you as the woman who was wrongly accused of murdering her soon to be ex-husband when evidence was planted against her. The story is fresh and entertaining and the characters are easy to like and sympathize with. I’m looking forward to more in the series!

Everleigh came into this book with anyone’s sympathy who read the first in the series because we knew she was set up for murder and that her grandmother had to go to extremes to get her case delved into further. I liked her and enjoyed watching Clarke become important to her.

Clarke is an all around nice guy and super easy to like. His family is mostly law enforcement, and there seems to always be more drama around the corner to keep their attention.

I recommend this book as well as the entire series so far to anyone who enjoys a fast paced mystery with a strong backbone of family and love.

He’s my best friend. Emotionally unavailable. Falling in love with him is the worst idea ever but try telling that to my heart.

As a doctor who aced her way through medical school, I should be too smart to fall for Gabe Mendoza, a man who’s married to his MMA career. For years, I’ve patched his wounds and cheered him on, but I’m tired of hoping he’ll wake up and see what’s right in front of him. I’m ready to find someone who will put me first.

The last thing I expect is for Gabe to scare off my dates and tell me all the dirty things he wants to do to me. He asks for a chance, but with the fight of his life on the horizon, his attention is divided, and I’m scared that when push comes to shove, I’ll be left alone and heartbroken.

Can I trust Gabe enough to fight for our happily ever after? Or was our end written before it even began?

These best friends are finally admitting to feeling more … and I adored them together! With book two in her Crown MMA Romance series A. Rivers delights her readers once again with a irresistible fighter and a heroine who can hold her own against him. I’m enjoying the close knit bond between the fighters at this gym and am looking forward to the next in the series.

Sydney is hardworking and accomplished and really had me pulling for her to get everything she wanted from Gabe quickly.

Gabe is a sweetheart who simply is being pulled in too many directions a lot of the time. I’m glad he opened his eyes to what was waiting right in front of him.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a sports romance with just enough of the training and sport to keep your interest up but also packed full of heart and sizzle.

EXCERPT
“Hey, beautiful,” Devon says, wrapping one arm around Sydney.
My eyes narrow, and I shoot a glare over her head. The guys know better than to touch her around me. She’s off-limits. But that doesn’t stop Devon from trying to rile me up.
“Hi, Dev.” She smiles up at him but doesn’t relax into his body the way she does mine, and satisfaction fists in my gut. Maybe it’s masochistic to notice these things, but I can’t help it. She’s my addiction. And if I can’t touch her the way I want, then the second best thing is to hold onto that special place she carved out for me in her heart when we were kids. I’ve never come close to losing it before, and I don’t intend to now.
“I hear you’ve been looking for a man,” Devon says, his attention fully on Sydney.
I want to wring his neck, but it’s not exactly his fault he’s goading me so much. As far as he and Jase know, I’m protective of Sydney because she’s my friend. Like a sister. They don’t realize I freak the fuck out when anyone lays their hand on her or flirts with her because she’s mine. At least, in my head she is. In reality, she’d probably laugh her ass off if I said as much.
Okay, she wouldn’t. She’s too nice for that. But she knows I can’t give her what she wants, and based on how she reacted the other day, she wouldn’t hesitate to remind me of that.
“Just starting the search,” she replies, her tone tense. She doesn’t know how I feel about her, but she senses that her love life makes me a little crazy and probably doesn’t want to antagonize me when we’re smoothing things over. “I’ve been on a couple of dates but haven’t met anyone I want to go on a second one with yet.”
Covering my mouth, I try to hide my relief. Based on her expression, I fail.
“It’s a pity Gabe outlawed every guy at the gym, or you’d have plenty to choose from.”
Devon seriously has a death wish.
Sydney laughs. “That doesn’t bother me. Dating someone from the gym could get messy if it went wrong. I’m best to keep my romantic life separate from my friends until I meet someone I can see a future with.”
“Smart move,” Lena says. “Plenty of options online, anyway. No need to go fishing in the gym’s pool.”
I take Sydney’s hand, give it a squeeze, and swallow past the boulder in my throat. “You’ll find the right guy. He’s out there, and once he finds you, he won’t let go.”
“Aww.” Her expression softens, and emotion shines in her eyes. “Thank you.”
Releasing her hand, I set mine firmly on my lap before I do something stupid like raise her palm to my lips and kiss it.
“No problem. It’s what you deserve.”

Explosive chemistry and top notch intrigue are sure to please! With the second book in her new The Intelligence Unit series Kimberly Kincaid brings her story to life with excitement and flair and I could not have loved it more. The characters were down to earth yet combustible, the intrigue drew me in from the first page and the happily ever after was so yummy. Loved it and can’t wait for more in the series!

Delia is an easy character to love. She’s just smart and nerdy enough to be awkward, but sweet and sincere enough to make it work in a wholesome way.

Matteo takes gruff and broody to a whole new level, but it so works for him!

Fast-paced and brilliantly unpredictable, J.T. Ellison’s breathtaking new novel invites you to a wedding none will forget—and some won’t survive.

Jutting from sparkling turquoise waters off the Italian coast, Isle Isola is an idyllic setting for a wedding. In the majestic cliff-top villa owned by the wealthy Compton family, up-and-coming artist Claire Hunter will marry handsome, charming Jack Compton, surrounded by close family, intimate friends…and a host of dark secrets.

From the moment Claire sets foot on the island, something seems amiss. Skeletal remains have just been found. There are other, newer disturbances, too. Menacing texts. A ruined wedding dress. And one troubling shadow hanging over Claire’s otherwise blissful relationship—the strange mystery surrounding Jack’s first wife.

Then a raging storm descends, the power goes out—and the real terror begins…

A pulse pounding mystery! HER DARK LIES by J.T. Ellison takes the reader on a journey of mystery and intrigue as danger mounts and secrets are uncovered. The premise is exciting and there are some good characters in the mix so even though the overall book fell a bit flat and disjointed in carry through, the suspense held my attention throughout.

Claire was a strong character from the start. She is embarking on the wedding trip of a lifetime to begin her life with Jack, but secrets she didn’t even know existed are throwing a wrench in her joy every time she turns around.

Jack and his family are full of secrets, lies and more surprises than expected.

I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a mysterious read filled with danger and intrigue. Even though it wasn’t my favorite by this author, it holds your attention throughout and keeps you wanting to know more.

Linear Tactical’s Wyatt Highfield is running for his life with intel that will break up a human trafficking ring.

The last thing he wants is to bring danger to Nadine Macfarlane’s door. The gentle beauty has been through enough, and has the scars—physical and emotional—to prove it.

But she’s his only option.

Trying to heal from wounds caused by trusting the wrong person, Nadine has spent the past two years hiding from nearly everyone. The only exception has been her online relationship with Wyatt. So when they meet face-to-face by sheer chance, she thinks it’s a sign from the universe that it’s time to start living.

Not that it’s time to start dying.

As Wyatt’s secret comes out, Nadine realizes she has to face the past in order to save the future.

High intensity with all the feels! With the next book in her always popular Linear Tactical series Janie Crouch takes us on the ride of our life with Wyatt and Nadine’s book. The intrigue is high right from the start and the connection between these two is powerful. I wanted a little more in the backstory of Nadine, and the pulse pounding danger led to an abrupt stopping point without getting a complete resolution so I felt a bit let down there, but overall a stellar book with great reconnections with past characters.

Nadine is an endearing character. She has shut herself off from certain aspects of life after suffering a trauma she can’t put past her. Watching her thrive when Wyatt arrives is really powerful.

Wyatt is a sweetheart. He’s a tough, take no prisoners type of guy when he needs to be, but he’s got a heart of gold and the patience of a saint when it comes to loving Nadine through her turmoil.

I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who loves action packed intrigue with a close knit group of friends who have become family.
