From temporary fling…

…to baby bump!

Labor and delivery nurse Amanda is in Sydney for work, not to be distracted by “the baby whisperer”—neonatal specialist Dr. Lucius West. But Amanda loves a challenge—especially an intriguing, handsome one. Their fiery clashes in the OR soon turn into passion in the bedroom. But there are consequences to Amanda and Lucius’s insatiable desire…and they’ll have nine months to face them!

Miracles in the Making duet
Book 1 — Risking Her Heart on the Single Dad by Annie O’Neil
Book 2 — The Neonatal Doc’s Baby Surprise

This fertility doctor and nurse took baby making to a whole different level! With the second book in the Miracles in the Making duet, Susan Carlisle brings us Lucius West’s story in a colleagues to lovers book, and it’s delightful!

If you read the first in the duet by Annie O’Neil, you were already familiar with Lucius going into this book and if you were like me, you were expecting him to be a bit of an uptight jerk from his sister Kirri’s point of view in her story. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was truly a nice guy beneath the workaholic persona.

Amanda was easy to like and once sparks started to fly between them, I was pulling for them whole-heartedly.

I highly recommend this duet to anyone who is looking for a romance set in a medical setting with a cast of heartfelt characters. I really enjoyed it!
