Can he stop the one who got away—

from getting away again?

Everyone in her Alaskan town hopes Iris James is back for good. Including Dr. Flynn Ramsey, who stole her heart when they were awkward teenagers. She realizes he’s planning an encore, but a prestigious job in Washington, DC, is calling to her. Only, ever since their kiss at her brother’s wedding, Iris isn’t sure about anything. Except her reignited feelings for Flynn…

It’s always a pleasure to travel back to Rankins, Alaska with Carol Ross, and this trip was especially sweet! She presented us with a character who adores her family, but hates everything they stand for and finds herself feeling guilty and like she doesn’t belong because of it. She’s tried everything, but Iris is just a disaster and it drives her crazy. Reconnecting with Flynn has her opening her eyes to magical possibilities, but can they find the strength to overcome the adversity they are going to face? The setting was magical, the family ever-loving and the connection between these two was oh-so-sweet. I loved everything about Iris and Flynn’s story!

Iris James is back in her hometown in Alaska and everyone hopes it’s for good … except for her that is! She’s the youngest in a huge family of nature lovers, and she absolutely hates being outside among the things she’s terrible with. She’s looking forward to getting through her brother’s wedding and then hopefully getting the job she’s been dreaming of back in Washington, DC.

Doctor Flynn Ramsey stupidly let Iris get away back in high school when she had a crush on him, but during his studies and hard work to get him to this point in his career, he’s grown up and learned a lot about what’s truly important in life … and she’s it! He’s hoping to use this time together to convince her that she’s the one for him … only this job situation and finding out she hates Alaska is really screwing up his plans!

From “I don’t”…

To “I do”?

In this Billionaires for Heiresses story, Summer Bishop knew her parents’ anniversary party in stunning South Africa would be hard. Spending the week with her gorgeous ex-husband, Wyatt Montgomery, reminds Summer of their painful divorce but also—inconveniently—why she fell in love with him! Summer never told Wyatt why she left, and he’s determined to uncover her secrets. Will Summer reveal her heart for a second chance with her husband?

A touching, emotional and very powerful read! With the kick-off of her Billionaires for Heiresses duet, Therese Beharrie shines bright! The emotional depth she brings forward in this book’s characters is breathtaking, and most definitely some of her strongest work. The plot was thick with tension and secrets, but full of love and promise at the same time. Really enjoyed Summer and Wyatt’s story and I’m looking forward to Autumn’s turn next!

Summer Bishop hasn’t been looking forward to her parents upcoming anniversary celebration in South Africa. She knows the location will be stunning, but family drama has had a way of dragging her down of late, making these type of appearances painful. To top it all off, her sis is running late and leaving her to hold the bag on her own … oh, and her ex-husband is attending!

Wyatt Montgomery still cares very deeply for Summer and yet has no clue why she ended their marriage. He’s seeing a different side to her this weekend … it’s as if she can no longer hold in the pain she’s carried in her heart for so long and he’s truly seeing the real her behind the facade for the first time. He’s stunned to hear her truth, but he’s determined to make sure she’s never unhappy again!

A Daddy on a Mission

In this new installment of American Heroes

When ex-SEAL Ethan Renault settles in Sugar Falls, Idaho, the last thing he expects to find on his doorstep…is his daughter. The soldier turned insta-dad is desperate for help—and librarian Monica Alvarez is just the woman to help him connect with his little girl. But when sparks fly between them, the soldier realizes his next mission might just be to turn their no-strings romance into a forever family!

A heartfelt return to Sugar Falls! It’s always a joy to return to this small-town filled with love and laughter, but this visit was particularly sweet. Ethan never even thinks about turning his back on the little girl he can see desperately needs him, and it just so happens that lady luck has shined down on him and made the woman he’s already been interested in getting to know be the one that wins his daughters heart first. The characters are super easy to love and the story line won over my heart quickly. One of my favs in the series for sure!

Former Navy SEAL Ethan Renault is trying to find his place. He’s only been out of the service for a few months and has tentatively settled into Sugar Falls, Idaho … although you couldn’t prove it based on the unpacked boxes and scarce lived in look of his apartment. He’s been busy filling his days with the things he needs to keep his mind at ease. Meetings with like minded folks, breakfast flirting with his favorite waitress at the diner, and just generally settling into a normal life for a change. The last thing he expects is for his old high school girlfriend to drop a half grown kid he had no idea he even had on his door step!

Librarian and part-time waitress Monica Alvarez is doing her best to keep things afloat for her and her Gran as Gran’s memory continues to deteriorate … she has had her eye on the sexy soldier for awhile too, but the last thing she has time for is a man. That all changes when she meets his heartbroken little girl. How can she not step up and be a friend to those sad eyes? It turns out they are all good for each other and they wind up forming a quasi-family helping with the kiddo and with Gran as often as they can. The attraction that was already simmering eventually boils over and they have to decide if this family thing is going to be forever!
