Quinten Stone is easy to like. He’s recovering from an accident that change his life forever, and he’s anxious to get out and enjoy the world again. To avoid an over-eager backslide, his brothers decide to send the job to him in his isolated Maine home.

Katie Duncan is a strong, sassy character. She can’t really believe she let her boss Farrell convince her to go stay with Quin during his recovery to get some work taken care of … but considering he didn’t know about her secret love affair with his brother, she couldn’t exactly use the awkward factor as a reason not to go.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a romantic reunion. The book was fast paced and had lots of interaction and plot points. I really enjoyed it and look forward to Farrell’s story next.

I recommend this book to anyone wanting an easy, steamy read with a happily ever after. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!

Kai was her first love, so that made him intriguing to us since he was first brought into the picture in the previous book. He’s instantly dismissive of working with her, but it doesn’t take long for that old flame to reignite.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys a family saga chocked full of love, desire, deceit and eventual happily ever afters. It was quite an attention grabbing, entertaining series. Really enjoyed!

It was short, but satisfying … in particular if you had read the previous book in the series that set up why he was leaving and the emotions of the team in letting him go.

Rafe Simmons is so easy to love. He had our heart from the second he put his success to the wayside and made his way home no matter what, but to watch him reconnect with his one true love was really sweet.

Calliope Ramirez was easy to like. Since this was a novella, we didn’t have the depth of getting her back story since Rafe left her to a great degree, but we got a good feel for the type of person she has become and the emotions she felt as he re-entered her life.

I highly recommend this novella as well as the entire two hockey series that this book spans (Arizona Vengeance and Carolina Cold Fury) to anyone who enjoys an emotional and action packed hockey romance with compelling characters and story lines.

Axel Vanderbuel is a complex character. We should really dislike him for his player ways and the situation he’s just set up, but he’s easy to sympathize with in his ignorance of what was really going on. I found myself liking him a lot.

Geneva Bouchard is a tough biker chick with a heart of gold where her brother and his kids are concerned. She knows she shouldn’t like this guy who just wrecked havoc on their lives, but the more she gets to know him, the more she sees that he’s actually a nice guy.

I recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who enjoys sports romance and in particular watching the wild playboy types meet their match and fall hard.

Sara Vance is easy to like. She’s a bit down-trodden by her place in her family and feels stressed to make sure this upcoming family vacation goes well. She finds herself on the verge of disappointing her mother yet again, and simply can’t let that happen … a fake boyfriend should do the trick!

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a romcom rich in culture that has a lot of sass and so much family love! I really enjoyed both the Navarros and the Vances and can’t wait for more to come in the series.

Filled with emotional turmoil! With book three in her Burns Brothers series Gillian Archer brings us yet another heart-wrenching story with SPARK. The characters are well developed and various bits of drama make for an action packed story filled with emotions, heart and a whole lot of love. Loved it!

Sabrina wrangles her wild-man brothers on a daily basis so not much phases her anymore, but when the “one that got away” walks back into her life and pretends he doesn’t know her, she’s fit to be tied!

Logan so easily wraps himself around a reader’s heart. He’s surly and bitter in the beginning, but as he begins to accept love and heal, he becomes a better man than even he thought he could be.

I highly recommend this story as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys drama, alpha men and happily ever afters being developed with a close-knit family behind them.

“Seriously? I thought you’d be all over that.” The woman was one of the most tenacious I knew. No way she’d just roll over and hide her head in the sand. That wasn’t Sabrina.
“Yeah, I guess it’s taking me a minute to come to terms with the fact that my whole life has been a lie.” She swiped suspiciously at her eyes. But she couldn’t be crying—her voice sounded too flat and matter of fact. “I thought you of all people would get that.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Oh come on. You’ve spent the better part of two years pushing everyone you know and love away from you because you survived when most of your crew didn’t. It doesn’t take a psychologist to see that you have a serious f*cking case of survivor’s guilt.”
“F*ck you.” She didn’t know what the hell she was talking about.
“Already have.” Her smile looked more like a snarl. “Wouldn’t mind having one last throw though.”
“You’re nuts.”
“Takes one to know one.”
I snorted a laugh. Christ, how could she be so cute while being all angry and plastered?
“I’ve heard that angry sex is hot. Maybe we should try it.”
I about swallowed my tongue when she said that. While I was busy sputtering, she leaned over and kissed me. Her hand cupped the side of my face as her lips covered mine.
Contrary to her angry words, she was just as soft and delicious as I remembered. She moaned deep in her throat, and I lost it. I took control of the kiss, moving my lips over hers, relearning everything I forgot I knew about her.
I pulled her onto me until she straddled me then pulled her face down to mine so I could kiss her some more. While I was busy kissing her, our hands roamed. I had my hands full of her amazing tits and was thinking about the best way to get her bra off. Because I loved her breasts. They were gorgeous and soft and just everything. I had to have more.
Sabrina must’ve thought the same since her hands raked down my back, her nails scoring my skin under my shirt.
I stiffened.

I highly recommend this story and the entire series to anyone who loves a close knit family and friend foundation behind each couple as they work through the road blocks towards their happily ever after. Always packed with emotions and entertaining!

Intrigue from start to finish! With the first book in the new True Blue K-9 Unit: Brooklyn series, Laura Scott kicks it off with a bang in COPYCAT KILLER. We are quickly drawn into the heart of the story line carrying forward through the series and then integrated into a smaller bit of danger that reaches a conclusion in this book. The ending was a bit rushed, but overall a spot on read with lots of action, mystery and emotions.

Willow walks into the middle of a crime scene and her life is changed forever. She’ll do anything to protect her niece, and having Nate by her side makes the weight of the world easier.

Nate and his canine partner Murphy are mainstays of the book. Strong, dignified and comforting.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys faith based intrigue. The story is set that will continue forward in the series, and the side kick of danger in this particular novel was satisfying. I’m looking forward to more!
