What might have been? That tantalizing question propels a woman on a cross-country adventure to reunite with the men she loved and let go, in Danielle Steel’s exhilarating new novel.

It all starts with a fall from a ladder, in a firehouse in New York City. The firehouse has been converted into a unique Manhattan home and studio where renowned photographer Madison Allen works and lives after raising three children on her own. But the accident, which happens while Maddie is sorting through long-forgotten personal mementos and photos, results in more than a broken ankle. It changes her life.

Spurred by old memories, the forced pause in her demanding schedule, and an argument with her daughter that leads to a rare crisis of confidence, Maddie embarks on a road trip. She hopes to answer questions about the men she loved and might have married—but didn’t—in the years after she was left alone with three young children. Wearing a cast and driving a rented SUV, she sets off to reconnect with three very different men—one in Boston, one in Chicago, and another in Wyoming—to know once and for all if the decisions she made long ago were the right ones. Before moving forward into the future, she is compelled to confront the past.

As the miles and days pass, and with each new encounter, Maddie’s life comes into clearer focus and a new future takes shape. A deeply felt story about love, motherhood, family, and fate, Lost and Found is an irresistible new novel from America’s most dynamic storyteller.

An eye-opening journey of love, forgiveness and expendability. With her trademark story-weaving, Danielle Steel quickly whisked this reader’s heart up and carried it along throughout the book. The characters were very connectable, and though the story took some unexpected turns, it was easy to follow and left you wanting more with each turning of the page. It was bittersweet, emotional and had a lighthearted depth in the end. I loved every minute of it!

Madison Allen felt she had lived a fulfilling life until an argument with her eldest daughter led her to question her place in the world at this stage in her life. After a household injury sidelines her from her career for a few weeks, and at her wits end with the envisionment her daughter put into her head of old age and life being over, Maddie sets out on a cross-country drive to put her life into perspective. A walk down memory lane via a box of old photos and letters has her reminiscing about the three men that passed in and out of her life in the years following her divorce as she was raising her three kids alone. She sets out to look up each man and verify in her heart that the decisions she made to get her to this place in her life were justified.

The first couple of visits had her comfortable with the choices she had made, and just as the third visit was on the horizon, a curve ball was thrown and an emotional fallout ensues. In the end, it all comes down to her deciding how much living she still wants to get out of life, and how to fit all of the pieces of her world into the area she wants to revolve.

When the biggest Steele bachelor finally ties the knot, nothing will keep him from walking down the aisle...

A groom cutting loose on his wedding night isn't out of the ordinary. But Reid Steele's buddies throw a bachelor party Green Beret style, where no man is left behind...or left standing. Reid wakes up the next morning with a hangover to end all hangovers. Or maybe still drunk. Either way, his head is pounding out its own wedding march. The thought of settling down once terrified Reid. Now, the only thing he's scared of is ruining Brynne's big day. She's the love of his life, and he's determined to be in ceremony shape no matter what.

Unfortunately, Brynne's not the only angry wife in Steele Ridge. Trouble is on the guest list, turning Brynne and Reid's dream day into a nightmare. Reid must defuse the situation--and stay alive--in time to say "I do."

Here comes the bride … or will she?? This fast paced and action packed novella of Reid and Brynne’s wedding day was super fun to read. The only thing that could have made it any better was if it had been longer and we could have drug each and every family member back on the pages to bask in them all again. This wedding was never going to go down easy when Reid was involved, and if making Brynnie mad was the only thing that was going wrong maybe it would be okay but when danger strikes, all bets might be off!

When the toughest Steele of all is getting set to marry, it’s all hands on deck, including the guys from his old Army unit who show up for an impromptu bachelor party the night before the wedding. All would still be fine and good if he wasn’t so hung over the morning of the wedding that he can’t even see straight!

Brynne Whitfield adores Reid Steele and has been so excited to marry him, but when she finds out he felt the need to get wasted in order to marry her, she’s spitting nails. Does she want to go through with this wedding when the groom couldn’t even see fit to give her the one day she wanted to be perfect after her nightmare of a first marriage?

Two paths: one new, one familiar. And a burning desire to choose them both...

When Damon spots a stunning redhead on his plane, the pilot’s determined to get to know her better. It’s been a long time since he’s experienced an instant connection with anyone. The last time was with his former lover, who left without an explanation over five years ago, devastating him. Though now cautious when it comes to relationships, MacKenzie just might be everything he’s looking for and more.

Not expecting to meet the tall, dark and handsome captain on her flight home, Mac finds Damon’s domineering persistence a turn-on. She decides to take a chance on him, which, in the end, might be a mistake when a person from his past returns. A man Damon loved and still does.

The last five years had been dark journey for Trevor, and he’s now ready to return to the light. He’s back in Boston to not only ask for forgiveness but to reconnect with Damon, since he still loves the man. However, there’s a complication. Damon is seeing someone else and Trevor might be too late.

Note: This book in the series can be read as stand-alone. It includes an HEA ending. It is intended for audiences over 18 years of age since it includes MMF scenes between all three characters.

Emotionally raw! My first read by Jeanne St. James will most definitely not be my last! With the next book in her Dare Menage series, she brings us the story of a sexy pilot who meets a woman who interests him just as his ex re-enters the picture. The banter is sexy and playful between Damon and Mac and once Trevor shows up, it turns emotional. I would have loved to see a bit more of their day-to-day lives spent together thrown into the mix a little bit, but overall it was a really great read.

Pilot Damon Brooks is floored by the instant connection he feels to the gorgeous red headed passenger he encounters as they’re disembarking the plane. He flirts with her and exchanges info because he’s determined to see her again.

MacKenzie Donovan isn’t looking for a man exactly, but she’s finding his domineering persistence a little hard to resist as Damon pursues her. She finally agrees to a date and can’t believe what a good time she has with the guy. Guess she’s on board after all!

Just when things are heating up between them, a blast from Damon’s past comes back … namely his ex-boyfriend who disappeared on their relationship without a word five years ago. Damon isn’t happy to see him, but Trevor is determined to beg for his forgiveness, explain his abandonment and see if there’s any hope left for them.

The only thing more dangerous than discovering her life is a lie?

Falling for Harley Dalton again.

Reeling from the discovery she was switched at birth, Jade Nolan reluctantly joins forces with her ex-lover, security specialist Harley Dalton, to find her birth family. As they search for answers amid lies, Jade and Harley quickly rekindle long-denied passions. But will finding out the truth—and a secret worth billions—jeopardize their precious second chance?

I was hooked from page one! A unique twist that you don’t see in a book very often made for a really interesting kick-off to Andrea Laurence’s latest Switched! series. The plot was thick with mystery, the characters were easy to like and enjoyable, and the reunion of these high school sweethearts was both sexy and sweet. I loved it and can’t wait for the next book!

Jade Nolan is floored when she innocently does one of those genealogy DNA kits just for fun and realizes she isn’t a member of the family she’s grown up in. Her parents swear she is … but DNA doesn’t lie … it’s obvious she’s been switched at birth!

When security specialist Harley Dalton receives a call from his hometown hospital wanting his help to investigate a possible mix-up, he’s all set to say no … until he hears who the former patient is. Hearing his high school girlfriends name is certainly a blast from the past … and one he can’t resist seeing in person!
